Main door shutters
The main door is the one people notice, so it is worth spending on. We make panelled and carved teak shutters in single and double-leaf, sized to your frame, with the panel layout drawn to suit the elevation. Heavier sections and proper hinges matter here — a main door that sags after a year is almost always an under-specified shutter, not a bad frame.
Bedroom, bathroom and utility
Internal doors are usually flush or lightly panelled, in timber or WPC depending on the room. For bathrooms and utility areas we recommend WPC shutters as standard — they will not swell, delaminate or attract termites, which is exactly what happens to a plywood flush door after a couple of monsoons.
Windows and glazing
Window shutters are made openable or fixed, with clear, frosted or tinted glass, and with safety grilles where you want them. We match the timber and the finish to the door shutters so the whole elevation reads as one job.

Common questions
- What is the difference between a flush door and a panelled door?
- A flush door is a flat, plain shutter — cheaper and fine for internal rooms. A panelled or carved shutter has a moulded face and is what most people choose for the main door.
- Should I use a wooden or WPC shutter for the bathroom?
- WPC. A timber or plywood shutter in a wet area will swell and delaminate; WPC is fully waterproof and needs no maintenance.
